Loosely based on ‘The Plague / La Peste’ by French Algerian author, philosopher and goalkeeper Albert Camus, Lee Johnson’s The Gentle Plagued is a dark comedy drama that focuses on the relationships between inhabitants of a village in Northern England who are faced with a life threatening pandemic


Last Orders is a Preston-based Theatre Company who stage new and established plays routed in the naturalistic theatrical tradition. The cast and backstage crew are all former students of Cardinal Newman College, Preston, where Lee Johnson coordinates and teaches on the Performing Art courses


Doors open at 3.30pm. Entry is £4.
