The Purple Hat Mob are the newest sound to emerge from Preston. With influences from Pink Floyd, Tame Impala and Radiohead, they aim to provide a modern makeover to classic indie rock. Coming off the back of their first gig supporting Hardwicke Circus in Carlisle they are eager to play in their hometown of Preston and so on Friday 26th April, they will be welcomed into The Continental for their first headline show.

TOOLSHED started as an electronica club in Manchester’s Northern Quarter of the late 90s; 20 years later the project continues the idea with a line-up of some of the North West’s finest musicians performing a special set to be recorded live.
