CXL Night of Live Music – in aid of young carers – Friday 4th June from 7.30pm – Tickets £5
Leyland based social business CXL is hosting a charity music night in aid of a local charity. The ‘band aid’ event is in support of the Lancashire Young Carers charity, CXL’s corporate charity for 2009/10. This event is open to all members of the public who wish to help out this very worthy charity.
The charity is close to the heart of CXL, a company who are committed to move both adults and young people forward in work and life and help employers develop their staff.
The bands performing are Spooky, Double Shot and Saraban. They are donating their time to put on this evening of live music are looking forward to the event.
Sarah Hanson is lead singer of Saraban and works at CXL as a project manager: “We are all committed to raising money for the Young carers and as musicians within three local bands we all thought this would be a different and fun way to do it – we wouldn’t be any good at a bake sale!”
The event starts at 7.30pm on Friday 4th June and tickets are £5 and available for purchase at The Continental or over the phone 01772 499425
