We serve modern British food from our busy pub restaurant. We have an emphasis on quality and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We serve a wide variety of daily specials and homemade sweets. There is scope for learning and progression in this job.

College leavers are welcome.

Chef De Partie

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to work within our small, but dynamic team serving beautifully presented, freshly cooked food.

All food is prepared from fresh using only the finest locally sourced ingredients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self motivated and ambitious individual to work with other quality professionals to improve their skills with opportunities for progression.

Candidates should have previous experience working within a fresh food operation.

45 – 50 hours a week, but flexibility is required.

The Continental is one of Preston’s most vibrant and exciting venues. We pride ourselves on the quality of produce, in our sumptuous and relaxing riverside surroundings.
