Schwervon! with The Lovely Eggs

Schwervon! is a two-piece anti-folk/DIY band based in New York. The band consists of Major Matt Mason USA on guitar and Nan Turner, with both sharing vocal duties. The duo have released four albums with Matt’s hip indie record label Olive Juice Music and tour frequently, often with the likes of Jeffrey Lewis and Toby Goodshank. Supporting this cult act on the night will be another great two-piece – The Lovely Eggs from Lancaster. Holly Ross was formerly the lead singer and guitarist in the popular all girl band Angelica and David Blackwell is also a guitarist in 3D Tanx who performed here at The Continental with Can legend Damo Suzuki in March.
