General Manager – Lisa Rowlands

It’s Lisa’s hard work behind the scenes that makes everything at The Continental run as smoothly as possible. Lisa is the smiling face of the venue, doing everything in her power to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Head and Second Chef - Stephen Kerfoot & Deborah Kerfoot

Steven and Deborah came to The Continental after many years working together in various kitchens all over the north-west. Immediately before joining us, they were chef/proprietors of the Running Pump in Catforth, where they built up a reputation for being one of the best pub/restaurants in the area. Their philosophy of food is to use the best ingredients from small family suppliers, traditional recipes (with a twist), cooked fresh to order: a philosophy we’re sure you’ll agree with once you’ve tried their delicious meals.
